Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy is a plain-language description of the data practices for mohammadomer.com (the "Site"), drafted to reflect exactly what the Site does today. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, and you should have it reviewed by one before relying on it for legal compliance.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by MO Endeavors (SMC-Private) Limited("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

We collect the following, and nothing else:

  • Contact form submissions— your name, email address, company (optional), the subject you choose, your message, whether you accepted this policy and our Terms of Service (required to submit the form), and whether you opted in to receive replies, newsletters, or offers by email (optional).
  • Cookie-notice acknowledgment— whether you've dismissed the cookie notice, saved in your browser's local storage.
  • Aggregate page-view counts— we count views on articles and videos to show approximate popularity. These counts are not tied to your identity, IP address, or device.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on the Site.

3. How we use it

  • To read and respond to messages you send through the contact form.
  • To publish a message you send through the contact form as a testimonial on the Site — most likely one sent under "Round of Applause / Submit a review", though we may choose any message. A published testimonial shows only your name and your message; your email address, company, and subject are never published. We choose what, if anything, to publish, and you can ask us to remove a published testimonial at any time (see Section 11).
  • To send you replies, newsletters, or offers by email — only if you checked the opt-in box when submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us (see Section 11).

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

We use Resend, an email-delivery service, to send contact-form notifications and replies. Resend processes your name, email address, and message solely to deliver that email.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a human, not a bot. Turnstile may process your IP address and device/browser signals to perform this check. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox and are also kept in our content-management system: a contact record (your name, email address, company, and the two consent choices) so we can track who has consented to what, and a record of each message you send (your name, company, subject, and message) so we can follow up on it and, if we choose, publish it as a testimonial (see Section 3). We retain these records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain an accurate record of consent, keep any published testimonial on the Site, and comply with our own recordkeeping practices, and we will delete them sooner at your request (see Section 11).

6. Your rights

You may ask us, at any time, to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your marketing opt-in at any time. To do any of this, email us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may decline a request where we have a legitimate reason to keep the underlying record (for example, evidence that consent was given).

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers & security

Our email-delivery processor (Resend) is based in the United States, so data you submit may be processed there. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent through the contact form.
