Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Design, execute, and oversee a unified marketing strategy that builds a strong, recognizable image for MO Endeavors and all associated sub-ventures.
• Media & Communications: Direct all public relations, social media, content marketing, and media outreach efforts to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice.
• Growth Marketing: Drive customer acquisition, audience engagement, and market penetration through data-driven digital campaigns, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
• Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, establishing scalable processes for content creation, advertising, and community management.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and campaign analytics to continuously optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
